Research

My predoctoral research projects were primarily on particle physics, searching for exotic hadronic states, studying the matter antimatter asymmetry, and measuring particle and antiparticle oscillation frequency in B meson system. For my postdoctoral work, I am interested in image guided radiation therapy. Specifically I am working on the dose calculation and optimization in radiotherapy taking into account the uncertainties in target localization due to organ motions. Also, I am working on the automated computed tomography segmentation for radiotherapy treatment planning.
